Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Waverly Network LLC collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit waverly.io or use the Waverly platform as a brand or partner.

Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, company, website, email, partner type and payment details), information generated through use of the platform (campaigns, tracking links, clicks, conversions and commissions), and standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser type.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, evaluate partnership applications, deliver tracking and attribution, produce reporting, calculate and pay commissions, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, and communicate about the service.
Tracking and attribution
Waverly records clicks on tracking links and conversions reported by brands in order to attribute activity to the correct partner within the applicable referral window. Attribution data is the basis of reporting and payment and is retained for financial record-keeping.
Connected platform information
When a brand or marketplace seller connects an external commerce or advertising platform such as Amazon, we receive the information that account authorizes: account authorization information and tokens, advertiser and seller profile information, campaign information, product identifiers such as ASIN, parent ASIN and SKU, performance and attribution information such as clicks, detail page views, add to carts, purchases and product sales, and integration metadata such as marketplace, synchronization times and error records. We never request or store a password for a connected platform.
How connected platform information is used
This information is used to provide authorized campaign measurement, to report performance to the seller and, for their own traffic only, to the relevant publisher, to calculate and reconcile seller-funded publisher compensation, to support payouts, to review fraud and platform integrity, and to provide support. Seller-funded compensation calculated by Waverly is separate from any commission a platform's own affiliate program might pay, and the two are reported separately.
Revocation and deletion of connected platform data
A connection can be revoked at any time from the integration settings page or with the platform directly. On revocation we discard the stored authorization immediately and stop synchronizing. Imported product records are archived and measurement records are paused. Information that supports a completed financial record — a commission, settlement, invoice or payment — is retained for accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of other connected platform information at the contact address below.
Data retention
Account and transaction records are retained for as long as the account is active and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for a shorter operational period.
Security
Access to platform data is restricted to authorised personnel, transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by role-based access controls.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be sent to the address below.
International transfers
Waverly operates from the United States. Where information is transferred from other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes
We will update this policy as the platform evolves and will revise the date at the top of the page when we do.
